The Garmin Nuvi 850 is a great GPS system for the money. The device comes preloaded with City Navigator NT maps for North America including over 6 million name-searchable points of interest. The speech-recognition feature ensures that you will never have to take your eyes off the road. The multiple destination feature allows you to enter as many destinations as you want and it will automatically plot out the fastest route to all destinations as well as directions from destination to destination. With the built-in FM transmitter you can hear all the directions right through your car stereo. The Nuvi 850 also includes an MP3 player and photo viewer for those of you who are still looking for the extras with your navigation system

I have been reading up on the Garmin Nuvi 850 and find it is considered to be one of the best GPS systems from Garmin. I have an older model myself, purchased several years ago, and looking forward for Christmas…the Nuvi 850 will be on my list.
