The sixth season of House which premiered on Monday, September 21st is jumping in right where season 5 left off. After experiencing hallucination problems House is forced in to committing himself in to Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital in order to get the recommendation he needs to continue practicing medicine. Ever so clever House schemes up ways to disgruntle the staff to force the signing of the recommendation he needs. However it seems House has met his match, as the head doctor seems to be as clever and manipulative as he is. After several failed attempts House actually must give in to the fact that he is actually going to have to deal with his problems in order to get back to his life.
It’s amazing and exciting to see a new side of House; he’s creating friends, trust, and even new love. Although I doubt House will ever lose his manipulative edge that is so dually instilled upon his personality, it does however seem that it is going to become much more manageable this season creating an ever more interesting Gregory House. If you haven’t seen this episode or missed last season don’t hesitate to jump in to it now and start watching!
